Have your children grown up, or do you simply want to transport adults on your Petit Porteur? The lowered rear rack has the main advantage of lowering the center of gravity, improving the bike's stability both while riding and stationary. It's ideal for transporting children or heavy loads. However, when transporting a tall passenger, the position can be uncomfortable for long journeys. The raised seat provides a truly comfortable position (relaxed legs and a comfortable cushion) for the passenger. The use of footrests is essential for passenger comfort. Compatible with all versions of Petit Porteur (except the very first version of the OG between 2018 and 2019) Minimum recommended height for the passenger: 1.40m

Le Petit Porteur builds compact 20-inch cargo bikes in its own workshop in Châtillon, just south of Paris. The brand started from a gap its founders hit as buyers — everything on the market was bulky and expensive — and answers it with three CroMo frames, the OG, the Shorty and the Longtail, built entirely around standard components so any bike shop can service them. Its accessories are made for those frames and nothing else: aluminium front and rear racks, welded child cages, spoke guards, folding pegs, footplates and double kickstands, each cut for a specific frame version.
