Cargo bike shops
You cannot buy a cargo bike from a photo. You need to ride one, take a corner with it, and find out whether it fits through your gate. These are 3,090 bike shops that stock at least one cargo bike brand, pulled from the brands' own dealer lists and put on one map, because no single brand shows you the whole picture.

Every shop we know about
Orange dots stock more than one brand. Those are the shops worth the extra ride, because you can compare a long john against a box bike in one afternoon. Zoom in to split the clusters. 26 of the 3,090 shops have no coordinates in their brand's dealer list, so they are missing from the map but counted everywhere else.
Start in your city
City pages list the shops one by one, multi-brand shops first, in the local language, with the accessories that fit the bikes sold there.

The data covers far more cities than this. We only write a page where there are enough shops to make the trip worth planning, so the list grows slowly and on purpose.
Brand networks mapped
Each of these brands publishes a dealer list. We read them, match the same shop across all of them, and count how many brands a shop really carries.
Building cargo bikes and not on this list?
Send us your dealer list and your network goes on the same map, with the same counts, next to everyone else. There is no fee and nothing to sign. We link to your shops, we do not sell anything.
What counts as a cargo bike shop
Only shops that can actually put you on a cargo bike are listed. For a brand that builds nothing else, that is every dealer it has. For Riese & Müller, which sells plenty of bikes with two normal wheels, a shop is only here if it stocks a Load, a Packster or a Transporter, or if Riese & Müller itself flags it as a cargo hub. That filter is why this page says 3,090 shops and not the far larger number you would get by adding the nine dealer lists together.
Addresses and brands come from the brands' public dealer locators. Websites and opening hours come from OpenStreetMap, which is why 1,258 of the 3,090 shops show a website and the rest do not. We hold no email addresses and no staff contacts.
A locator can be out of date, and shops close. Phone ahead before you ride across town for a specific bike.
Shop missing, or something wrong?
We only list what the brands publish. Tell us what is missing and it goes in the next pass.
