The cushion is a three-dimensional knitted polyester with an open structure, so air moves through the seat instead of the rider or the child sitting on a sealed pad. Designed by a recumbent cyclist in 2003 and still handmade locally, with cargo bike sizes cut to fit specific boxes and fastened with nylon velcro straps.
